Giga Net is actively recruiting to hire Sales Officer in Mosel Branch is responsible for: -
Handling day-to-day sales activities in a well-organized and timely manner, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction .
Direct interface with currently business customers, making inquiries, or seeking information on products and/or services.
Understand the sales plans and participate in the achievement of objectives and targets
Implement the Sales policies and procedures
Keep Sales information archives where needed, find new sources of information.
Deal with current customers and respond to sales inquiries via phone calls/e-mails/website/customer visits efficiently and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and increase customer loyalty to Giga Net.
Obtain new business customers and search for new leads to increase sales and hence revenues
Ensure customers are aware of the services/products/offers/renewals of Giga Net. services/products/offers/renewals which may be relevant to their needs in order to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure business continuity and growth
What Do You Need to Qualify?
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration-related field or equivalent
Skilled in using MS Office mainly Excel & Word
Experience
Up
to 3 years of experience in the related ISP field .
